SOLICITATION NOTICE: This project is a completion contract for defaulted contract N62474-94-C-6848. Work includes construction of a 450 CMU block addition to the telephone exchange, building 33, to serve as an additional cable vault for expansion of the telephone system. The work includes construction of the structure, HVAC system, lighting and electrical power systems. The addition will be constructed on the pavement of the parking lot with one wall being an exterior wall of building 33. Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1542, the small business size standard is $17.0 million. The estimated cost range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Anticipated performance time is 90 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be availalbe on or about 5 June 1995, until supply is exhausted, with bid opening date on 6 July 1994.
