Work under this project consist of two (2) new houses to be constructed under Category ``D'' and one (1) to be repaired or renovated under Category ``B'' of the Bureau of Indian Affairs Housing Improvement Program (HIP), Anadarko Area Office. Construction sites are at the following locations; Ponca City, OK (1); Red Rock, OK (1); Horton, KS (1). Total construction amount of each house under ``D'' shall not exceed $45,000 and house under ``B'' shall not exceed $20,000. Project to be completed no later than 90 calendar days for ``D'' homes and 60 calendar days for ``B'' home from Notice to Proceed.
