Contractor will be responsible for design and construction of a total commissary facility to include all equipment, both building and operational, all structures, utilities, roads, walks, and associated on-site improvements including landscaping. This project will be designed and constructed using SI Standard ''soft metric'' criteria. Offerors must comply with the GSA Region 3, Metric Design Guide. Total square footage of new facility is 5574 square meters (60,000 square feet), plus or minus 10%. Period of performance will be included in the proposal. Magnitude cost is more than $10,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted. Estimated closing date for proposals is on or about 6 Jul 95.
