The work includes removal and replacement of vent fan air handling unit coils, fans, fan motors and bearings in Pumpwell #6, removal and replacement of two desiccant dehumidifiers, and providing a plate and frame heat exchanger, pumps, piping, controls, electrical service and all appurtenances, and incidental related work. The proposed procurement will result in the award of one firm-fixed price lump sum contract. During the performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 08 June 1995 at no charge until supplies are exhausted. The estimated Bid Opening date is approximately 11 July 1995. Performance time is 180 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711. The related small business size standard is $7 million.
