Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material necessary to accomplish the exterior and interior painting of buildings, hangers, warehouses, structures and miscellaneous facilities at Kelly AFB, Tx. All work is to be furnished under the indefinite quantity contract shall be ordered by the issuance of delivery orders. Delivery orders may be issued under the resultant contract for a period of one year with the possible addition of up to four option years. The proposed acquisition is under full and open competition.
