The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for repairing and replacing irrigation systems for landscapes at various building locations, repair of backflow prevention devices, controllers, valves, irrigation heads, valve boxes, gate valves and rain sensors, and incidental related work at the Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado, California. The contract price is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. It is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration period is for 120 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
