To repair/furnish/install renovations to existing roof systems at Northside and Southside Elementary Schools, Plattsburgh AFB, New York. The scope of work includes but not limited to: Asbestos abatement of roof materials, repair perimeter of flashing, repair curb flashing, repair existing expansion joints, replace canopy roof system, replacement of roofing as required, repair existing eaves, repair EPDM seams of existing roof system. The construction at Northside Elementary School must be completed no later than July 30, 1995. The construction at Southside Elementary School must be completed no later than August 30, 1995. The estimated bid opening date is June 26, 1995. The dates as stated are estimated and will be finalized in the IFB. The estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000.00.
