Fitch, (708)216-2605 Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment and travel necessary to remove existing windows and furnish and install new pivoted anodized dark bronze aluminum thermo-insulated windows with hopper, in Building 1, Section B-2, of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Edward Hines Hospital, Hines Il 60141. (Hines Illinois is located approximately 13 miles west of downtown Chicago). Work shall also include the removal and reinstallation of drapes, shades, blinds, ceiling, and plaster patching/painting of walls and jambs where windows were removed and new ones installed. Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation, drawing and all other applicable codes and standards. Bid documents will be available after May 29, 1995, by written request to the Contracting Officer, accompained by a refundable deposit check of $35.00. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit planned for June 8, 1995 at 10:30am local time. Bid opening date is scheduled for July 6, 1995, at 1:30pm local time.
