This is a general outline of the work to be performed and does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required to fulfill the intent of the specifications that will be part of the solicitation. The work consist of replacing the existing low pressure gas lines in the same trench with new plastic gas lines of various sizes in the New Brick Family Housing at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N Y. The issue date will be on or about 12 June 95, with a Bid Opening Date of on or about 20 July 95. The magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
