Work consists of constructing a tie back retaining wall to correct a slope failure associated with a roadway. The work also includes excavation, paving and related items required to return about 250 feet of roadway to a serviceable condition. Contractors or their subcontractors must meet experience qualifications for portions of the work. The work requiring experience qualifications are the installation of drilled shafts and the installation of permanent ground anchors. Subsurface information from exploratory drilling will be included with the solicitation package. The project is located in Montezuma County, approximately 9 miles east of Cortez, Colorado.
