Replacement of condensate lines, high pressure drip lines and one steam line, to include all work in manholes 103, 104, 104A, 104B, 105, and 105A, the mechanical rooms of buildings 1102, 1106, and 1108, and all work between manholes and mechanical rooms. Two option items are included for 1) work in manholes 101, 102, with work between manholes 101, 102, and 103; and 2) work in manhole 100 and work between manholes 100 and 101. All work is at Fort Richardson, Alaska. This acquisition is unrestricted. The estimated cost range for the basic line items and the option items is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
