Work includes: Space alterations on 3rd floor to include the following: Removal of walls, doors, carpet, and electrical. Construction of new walls with security mesh, insulation, baseboard and mouldings, doors and hardware. Installation of electrical outlets, telephone outlets, and switches. Replace existing fixtures with T-8 fixtures and lamps. Replace suspended ceiling; HVAC modifications, painting; carpet and VCT. All work to be performed at the Federal Building/Courthouse, 100 1st Street, Minot ND. Bid opening date is scheduled for July 10, 1995. Plans and specifications available after June 5, 1995. Requests for bid packages must be made in writing to the above Contracting Officer. Total time for completion is 90 days. Work must be completed after regular hours.
