The work includes the provision of all labor, material, equipment, tools and supervision for, the removal of all existing EPDM roofing, tar and gravel roofing, insulation, metal flashings and metal fascia to the extent indicated for the preparation of the new roofing system. The new roofing system shall include, treated wood blocking, rigid insulation and waferboard mechanically fastened to the existing metal decking, metal flashings and fascia, EPDM single ply membrane, as indicated in the plans and specifications and any incidental related work.
