Furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to apply bituminous seal coat to approximately 33 miles of parkway motor road, turnouts, accesses and parking areas. In addition to application of seal coat project includes spot leveling and traffic control during paving operations. Project will be accomplished in Colbert and Lauderdale Counties AL and Wayne County TN on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Paving operations are planned to start no later than September 1, 1995 and shall be concluded within 90 days of start date. Magnitude of this project is $250,000 to $500,000. Solicitation package will be available o/a May 22, 1995; a pre-bid conference will be held in Tupelo MS o/a June 5, 1995.
