Mobley, Phone (703)604-6100 Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to procure a Squadron Weapon Systems Training Device on behalf of the Kuwait F/A-18 Air Force under the terms of foreign military sales. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this procurement with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace (MDA), P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516, the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F/A-18 aircraft.
