R -- R -- TOMAHAWK COMMAND AND CONTROL SYSTEM ENGINEERING SERVICES SOL N00019-95-D-0149 POC Contact, Mr. Kevin Blair, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to procure through sole source negotiation a FY 95/96 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, estimated total value $9.9 million. This contract will be for technical engineering services to perform analysis, modification, test, and integration support of TOMAHAWK Command and Control Systems (TC2S), including Mission/Tactical Data Distribution System (M/TDDS), Mission Display System (MDS), Generic Front-End Communications Processor (GFCP), Tactical Configuration Control Network (TCCN), and Advanced Tactical Workstations (ATWs). This effort will include tasks in the areas of Joint-Over-The Horizon (OTH) Targeting, USN OTH-Targeting, and TOMAHAWK Command and Control Systems (TC2S). This requirment will be procured under Contract N00019-95-D-0149 with Tiburon Systems, Incorporated (TSI), 1290 Parkmoor Avenue, San Jose, California, 95126. TSI is the sole source designer, developer and producer of the subject TOMAHAWK Command and Control Systems (TC2S).
