In previous years, the International Trade Administration (ITA) of the Department of Commerce has published the U.S. Industrial Outlook and numerous market studies in paper and electronic formats. ITA plans to publish a new publication, the ``Big Emerging Markets'' in paper and electronic format. Accordingly, the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) of the Department of Commerce, acting on ITA's behalf, seeks to enter into a joint venture with one or more partners to make the ``Big Emerging Markets'' available in paper and micro diskette formats. Under the terms of the joint venture, NTIS and the joint venture partner would share in the cost of publishing the publication and micro diskette with the incentives for each organization being the potential for revenues from sales to respective markets. Please prepare a description of your company's capabilities and experience in publishing, promoting, and selling Federal Government publications to national wholesale and retail distributors.
