The education and training services are in support of the Naval Leader Training Units and will be conducted at Government facilities located in Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, and other sites to be determined. The period of performance is 01 December 95 through 30 November 96, including four (4) one year option periods. A Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract is contemplated.
