FAST consists of instruction in basic reading, basic mathematics, and MOS related academic skills delivered in a traditional classroom and/or through computer based instruction (CBI). LSEP consists of courses in Written Communications, Oral Communications, Management Principles, Personnel Supervision, Human Relations/Psychology, Personnel Management, Technical Writing, Personnel Counseling, Personal Financial Management, Technical Mathematics, and Computer Literacy. Period of Performance to begin 1 October 1995. This procurement is unrestricted. Solicitation will be provided in response to written requests only.
