The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, specified herein, or as needed to replace lighting/fencing on softball fields, including but not limited to, a mechanical and control room addition to building 90371, on a reinforced concrete foundation, with exterior walls of concrete masonry and wood framed roof structure with shingles. The replacement of the ballfields' electrical and lighting system shall consist of replacement of the primary and secondary electrical systems, including but not limited to, transformer, poles, lights, load center, control system and power protection panel. Replacement of the existing ballfields' fencing and backstops is also included in the project. Site clearing, site preparation, utilities, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other incidental work as may be necessary to make the facility operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each solicitation package. Make checks, money orders or bank drafts payable to Accounting and Finance. Only written requests will be accepted. The request and check, money order or bank draft must bear the solicitation number. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. (0131)
