This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Cost range for this requirement is between $25,000,000 and $100,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror. Solicitation Package 95-139 will be available on or about June 13, 1995 for a nonrefundable fee of $20.00 per package. Only written requests with payment will be honored.
