23 -- SOLICITATION FOR INDUSTRY REVIEW HUDSON-BERGEN LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT SYSTEM (H-BLRTS) NJ TRANSIT is soliciting from vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, industry review/comments of the proposed Technical Provisions for the Low Floor Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) Specification. It is intended to use these Provisions for the H-BLRTS Design, Build, Operate, and Maintain (DBOM) contract. A portion of the funding for the procurement of these vehicles will come from the FTA. A copy of the proposed Technical Provisions and related documents will be provided upon receipt of a written request to the above.
