Contractor shall provide new Kitchen cabinets and tops of the type and design indicated herein and shown on attached drawings and in accordance with specifications. Wall and base cabinets assemblies shall consist of individual units jointed into continuous sections. All exposed cabinet ends, shelves, door stiles, doors, and drawer fronts shall be hardwood birch with completefinish. All wall cabinets shall extend to the ceiling, with 3-1/4'' Crown molding installed at the top of wall cabinets and ceiling with the same finish as cabinets. All Copper pipe on outside of wall shall be replaced with new Copper pipetype ''K'', new drains and stopvalves. Contractor shall remove all floor covering in Kitchen and pantry to concrete surface and prepare floor surface for new designer solarian 89484, apply lat patch over the entire surface before installing new vinyl covering. All work shall be accomplished IAW FAC Eng Div Spec NO. Eeo-0016/95 and drawing.
