The cigarettes to be procured shall be king size, full flavored, filtered and non-menthol generic brand. The cigarettes will be used in the humanitarian efforts of the U.S. Government in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. A firm fixed price requirements contract is the expected result of this acquisition. The applicable SIC code for this requirement is 5194. For informational purposes only, currently 90,000 cartons of cigarettes are needed every three months.
