Landon, (703)704-2174 A noncompetitive one-time buy is proposed with FLIR Systems, Inc., Portland, OR, for modifications to the Thermal Imaging System, to include conversion of existing open cycle cooling to closed cycle cooling, a new detector, preamp, tach sensor, solenoid drive, sync generator, video board, motor drive, galvo drive, power supply and all other new ECB electronic packages and associated wiring necessary to perform this upgrade. Thirty days delivery is required. The Government does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase these supplies/services from other than the original manufacturer.
