The contractor will have to develop a method for rapidly and systematically identifying the culture-specific information and cultural communication skills and behaviors soldiers need for particular cultures and operational contexts, and develop training methods. The objective of the contract will be to define specific world cultures relevant to Special Operations Forces; Develop and validate a method for identifying the information trainable skills and behaviors needed for effective communication in particular culture and operational contexts; and Demonstrate methods for training the cultural communication skills and behaviors.
