Sittler at (404)842-6553 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to purchase maintenance and software for an American Auto-Matrix AT-2100 Energy Management and Building Automation System and Freezer Alarm System from Integrated Services, Inc. Integrated Systems, Inc. owns proprietary rights to the supporting software. The system is located at the three Atlanta area campuses. Maintenance services shall be provided from 10/1/95 through 9/30/96 with four one-year option periods. The equipment to be covered under the resultant contract shall include all computers, monitors, and printers, electrical and electronic components, boards, power supplies, transducers, field assemblies, solo controllers, remote control units, and freezer alarm field units that comprise the automation and alarm systems. Additional control prints that will require maintenance may be added to the system throughout the life of the contract. All interested parties shall respond in writing. Note 22 applies. (0132)
