The US Army CECOM Space and Terrestrial Communications Directorate is seeking NDI product descriptions from potential sources of commercially developed software for the calculation of operational requirements for a network of satellite communication carriers. The required software shall consist of integrated functions which shall automatically produce a set of reports defining all aspects features for visualizing antenna footprints, managing databases of satellites and earth terminal characteristics and calculating link and possible future communications satellites operating in the C, X and Ku frequency bands.
