Contract period is 1 August 1995 through 31 December 1995, no option periods are available. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard for the concern and its affilites is ``4214'' and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the precedng three fiscal years did not exceed $12.5 million.
