R -- SPONSORSHIP/IN KIND DONATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP APPRECIATION/DRIVE Sol SVS-SCS-52-95 due 080195. POC Shena Jones, 907/552-5900, FAX 907/552-9750. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Membership Appreciation/Drive to be held the Officers' Club 1 June to 31 August 1995. The event will be open to all eligible members of the Officers' Club. The event is scheduled to help promote the club and the activities. We are asking for sponsorship/in-kind donations of $1000.00 to cover the expenses for this event. We would like to give away a color tv as the grand prize for all who are eligible or become eligible by joining the club. We are looking for items such as ski passes, ski clothing, week end get away packages and/or giftcertificateswould be accepted. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in all areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event drawings will also be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 August 1995. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (129)
