The Government intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with ITT Avionics, 100 Kingsland Road, Clifton, NJ 07014, to provide Sustaining Engineering Services in support of the AN/ALQ-172V(2) test line located in the B-52 Laboratory Facility, 513 Engineering and Test Squadron (ETS), Offutt AFB NE. Tasks consist of operation and periodic maintenance of the test line hardware, software (including the ALQ-172 Database Manager), and associated support equipment; field support for troubleshooting technical problems on site; system operation training; data reduction and analysis; support of ALQ-172 rapid reprogramming and off-site foreign military exploitation (FME) testing for extended periods of time; and access interface with the ITT Avionics engineering database. It is anticipated that the effort will be for one man-year per year. Period of performance is from 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96 with options for four additional years.
