The Government intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with AIL Systems Inc/Technical Services Operations, 44147 20th Street West, Lancaster, CA 93534, to provide Sustaining Engineering Services in support of the AN/ALQ-161A test line located in the Reprogrammable Electronic Warfare System Test (REWST) Facility, 513 Engineering and Test Squadron (ETS), Offutt AFB NE. Tasks consist of periodic maintenance of the hardware, software, and associated support equipment; field support for troubleshooting technical problems on site; system operation training; data reduction and analysis; and interface with the AIL access to engineering database. It is anticipated that the effort will be for two man-years per year. Period of performance is from 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96 with options for four additional years.
