Johnson, (202) 401-9358 The Administration for Children and Families is soliciting proposals to enhance the State Protection and Advocacy (P&A) systems for people with disabilities and people with mental illness by providing support to P&A agencies in the provision of training and assistance. As stipulated in P.L. 103-230, this requirement is set aside for public and private non-profit institutions only. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) year with two (2) one (1) year options, if the options are exercised. Interested parties should request RFP 105-95-7004.
