The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has a requirement for a contractor to provide child and elder care resource and referral servies for the OCC workforce (approximately 3800 employees), nationwide. The following services will be provided to all OCC employees and their families: 1) education services including guidebooks, specialized education materials, and workshops; 2) telephone counseling; 3) referral services; 4) monitoring and evaluation; and 5) administrative services. The anticipated period of performance is for a base period beginning 08/01/95 through 12/31/95, with two option periods.
