The contractor shall also provide multi-disciplinary talent and experience in the human resource development and organizational development fields to perform analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training courses and workshops, audiovisual instructional approaches and other commonly used instructional approaches. The period of performance is anticipated to be one year with four option years. The proposed action is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC Code for this solicitation is 8299. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts not to exceed 3.5 million dollars over the past three years. This is a recompetition of NRC's current No. NRC-38-92-286. The incumbent contractor is Resolution Dynamics, Inc., Washington, DC. Copies of RFP RS-PER-95-282 will be issued on or about May 26, 1995. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. All interested firms should submit their requests for RFP RS-PER-95-282 in writing.
