Presolicitation information is requested for project to construct a parking garage for four fire engines. The work involved will be to demolish existing parking shed approximately 26'x36'x20' including concrete footing, structural tube columns, approximately 13'' thick concrete pavement and asphalt pavement. Furthermore, construct approximately 68'x43'x16' pre-engineered metal building, designed and manufactured conforming to applicable industry/regulatory standard (including 94 UBC), the structural system shall meet requirements specified and by certified by a registered structural or civil engineer. In addition, provide new foundation, two sectional overhead roll-up doors, electrical supply and other incidental work as specified by contract. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1541; the small business size standard is $17.0 million. The estimated cost range of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
