The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for demolition and removal, earthwork for structures and pavements, excavation, backfilling, and compacting for utilities, exterior water distribution system, gas distribution systems, cast-in-place concrete, metal fabrications, finish carpentry, sealants, steel doors and frames, finish hardware, metal support systems, gypsum board, ceramic tile, quarry tile, and paver tile, acoustical treatment, resilient tile flooring, carpet painting, toilet partitions, steel clothing lockers, toilet and bath accessories, pre-engineered metal buildings plumbing systems, fuel gas piping, warm air heating systems, air handling equipment, ductwork and ductwork accessories, testing/adjusting/balancing, heating/ventilating/cooling system, underground electrical work, interior wiring systems, interior lighting, and incidental related work at Building 806 and 807 at the Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado, California. The contract price is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. It is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size.
