PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supplies, equipment, materials and transportation to remove two underground fuel storage tanks. One to be replaced with a filter and holding tank and the other tank will be replaced with concrete encased underground piping leading to an oil/water separator. All work is at Otis Air National Guard Base, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Performance period is 90 days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 and the project is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. Interested 8(a), SDB, ESB, and Small Businesses should notify this office, in writing, of their interest to bid the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 30 May 1995. All written responses must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern under SIC Code 1795, ''Wrecking and Demolition Work''. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still requested from all business concerns regardless of business size or status.
