The scope of work includes the construction of Aeromed Squadron Admin Facility at Luke AFB, Arizona. Include all materials labor and parts necessary to complete all work outlined in drawings and specifications for all bid items. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Estimated price range for work is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid documents, including plans and specifications are expected to be available on or about 22 May 95. SIC 1542 applies. The estimated performance period is 240 calendar days. The proposed acquisition is set-aside 100% for small disadvantaged business (SDB). If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitatioi will be issued on an unresticted basis without further notice.
