This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources for a Explosion Suppression Foam Segment, NSN 1560-01-395-9313FX, P/N: 68B580059-177, applicable to the F-15 Aircraft. It is approximately 8' x 8' x 8'. This foam segment goes in the number one fuel tank on the F-15 Aircraft and services as an explosive retardant device. A solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute and Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently. Potential sources capable of satisfying these requirements must demonstrate their interest in participating in this survey by providing the following documentation: Company Name, Complete Mailing Address, Phone/Fax Numbers, Cage Code, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Size of Business, Statement of Domestic of Foreign Ownership, and a copy of your DD Form 2345 - Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.
