The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA intends to procure a quantity of 107 A7 Radar Altimeter Low Altitude Control (RALAC) circuit boards (Lear Astronics P/N 429905-03-01). These circuit boards will be procured on a sole source basis from Lear Astronics, 3400 Airport Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90406-0442, pursuant to the authority granted by FAR 6.302-1 (one responsible source). Lear Astronics is the sold developer and prime manufacturer of the flight control system, and owns the specifications and drawings. The printed circuit boards provide recognition of the radar altimeter by the flight control system of the BQM-34S Subscale Missile Target, and will be installed (by the government) in the flight control box. Delivery shall be FOB destination to the Naval Air Weapons Station, Point Mugu, CA at rate of 20 per month, beginning 120 days after contract award.
