Requirement for two (2) each Editing System which allows control of various types of video recorders, video switchers, special effects generators, time base correctors, audio mixers etc. Consists of a minimum of 18 RS-422 serial ports; capable of frame accurate editing using SMPTE Longitudinal Time Code(LTC) and Vertical Interval Time Code(VTIC); have a full-bandwidth video buffer (50 frames minimum); capable to cue/re-cue all source devices; capable of automatically record video to a record device; capable of editing in both a linear and non-linear fashion; capable of accepting user defined pre-rolls for each device to include 0 pre-rolls for random access devices; capable of accepting, storing and recalling multiple configuration files; a detail description of the item will be provided in the solicitation.
