This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources for a Digitally Controlled RF Oscillator, NSN 5955-01-393-2389EW. It is approximtely 2.66'' x 2.12'' x 1.755'' and made of aluminum, steel, rubber, plastic and various electronic components. The function of the oscillator is to provide RF AC signals at specified frequencies. A solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute and Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently. Potential sources capable of satisfying these requirements must demonstrate their interest in participating in this surveying by providing the following documentation: Company Name, Complete Mailing Address, Phone/Fax Numbers, Cage Code, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Size of Business, Statement of Domestic of Foreign Ownership, and a copy of your DD Form 2345 - Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.
