The Defense Supply Service-Washington (DSS-W) intends to negotiate a Sole Source Requirement Contract Solicitation Number DASW01-95-R-0100 with Reed Technology and Information Services, Inc., 20251 Century Boulevard, Germantown, MD 20874-1196 for ADP Maintenance of the Integrated Library System (ILS). The estimated length of the contract will be for one (1) base year with two (2) option years. There will only be one award made for this requirement. This synopsis should not be considered either a RFQ on a RFP. Firms having the ability to provide these items shall respond in writing within 45 days of this notice with complete and detailed documentation showing their company's ability to meet this requirement. Contractors shall include pricing with their response. Verbal communication will not be considered. As a result of analyzing responses of this Synopsis, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation may be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
