The Government issued a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) on or about May 15, 1995 for nonpersonal information management services to support the Test and Experimentation Command (TEXCOM), Ft. Hood, TX as previously synopsized in the March 01, 1995 issue of the Commerce Business Daily. It is the Goverment's intent to hold a pre-solicitation conference on May 31, 1995 at West Fort Hood, TX, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. It is possible that the conference will extend to June 01, 1995, depending upon the number of attendees. Reservations for the conference must be made and is limited to two representatives of each company. Particulars of the pre-solicitation conference is provided in a cover letter accompanying the DRFP.
