Fitzsimons Army Medical Center has a requirement for preventive, routine and emergency maintenance services for a General Electric Hispeed-Hilight Advantage Computed Tomography Scanner System, Model Number 9800 which includes a Kodak X-Ray Film Processor, Model Number M6B and a Dominator Radiology Systems, Inc.'s Digital Imaging System, Model Number 4D/66LM. The estimated patient workload for the CT system is approximately 125,000 - 225,000 slices per year. The equipment is located on the 3rd Floor, North Wing of Building 500 (Main Hospital) at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Aurora, CO. The contract performance period will be from August 1, 1995, or date of award if later, through September 30, 1995, with two one-year option periods.
