Services are required on a 24-hour per day, seven-day per week basis for the period October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 at both locations. Services are to be performed in strict accordance with the FAA statement of work (SOW) for each location. The solicitation will contain three one-year option periods per location. Exercise of any option period at either or both locations is solely at the discretion of the FAA. A separate award for each location may be made at the discretion of the FAA. Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. The Government's obligation under this solicitation or any contract that may be awarded in contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this service is 8999, Services N.E.C., Weather Forecasters. The small-business size standard is $5.0 million.
