requires the services of a contractor to provide technical editing and
rewriting assistance. The contractor shall review and edit each
manuscript for clarity and consistency with the following: ''U.S.
Government Printing Office Style Manual,'' 1984; ''NRC Editorial Style
Guide,'' (NUREG-1379); ''Publishing Documents in the NUREG Series,''
(NUREG-0650, Rev. 1); ''NRC Collection of Abbreviations,'' (NUREG-0544,
Revision 3); and nuclear standards such as ''American National
Standard, Scientific and Technical Reports,'' (ANSI Z39.18 - 1987), and
''Glossary of Terms in Nuclear Science and Technology,'' (American
Nuclear Society), as long as these standards do not conflict with NRC's
preferred usage. The size standard for this solicitation is average
annual receipts of $3,500,000 over the past three years, as set forth
under Standard Industrial Classification Code 7338. The period of
performance is 12 months, with 4 one-year options. This proposed
procurement is under a 100 percent small business set-aside. Interested
