In general, work will be to furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment and all operations in connection with the construction of a single story, multi-room reinforced concrete structure. The structure shall consist of poured-in-place reinforced concrete walls, foundation, floor and roof with electrical and mechanical work. Sitework associated with the foundation is also required.
