U.S. International Trade Commission is requesting proposals from
responsible Small Business vendors capable of providing personnel,
services, and materials necessary to design, integrate and implement an
in-house Multi-Dimensional Financial Analysis System that is capable of
multi-dimensional financial analysis of budget, accounting, and
personnel data using an on-line analytical processing (OLAP) server or
equal. The Multi-Dimensional Financial Analysis System shall provide
15 concurrent users (expandable to 30 users) with the capability to:
retrieve and analyze large amounts of past and present data; perform
trend analysis, time comparisons, and statistically analyze
relationships amoung numerous pieces of interelated data; perform
interactive comparisions of data; allow ad-hoc explorations of data and
generate reports. The system must perform analysis in real-time, be
able to generate spreadsheets using Lotus 123 version 4.01 for Windows,
be compatible with the existing network (Banyan/Vines 5.53 and
MSDOS/WIN 3.1). The USITC anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price
contract for a complete application solution including designing,
integrating, installing, testing, training, technical support, trouble
shooting, using existing off-the-shelf software as described in the
Solicitation. No telephone requests will be honored. All requests for
a copy of the Solicitation must be made in writing to the address
provided above. Solicitation will be available on or about July 3,
